PUNTUALITY: receiving the Client’s forecasts, constant updates on delivery dates, also considering necessary pickups for the Client, managing unexpected situations, prototypes, particular managements (Kit, Kanban, Supermarket, etc.) and the constant updating of Department/Machine production plans. Continuous analyses of punctuality indicators.
COMMUNICATION: constant interaction with the Client through T-PORTAL, the Internet portal that analyzes one’s orders, goods, payments, in order to interact and change the level of stock, defining urgency, changing one’s administrative references, etc.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE: the level of technical know-how (design, development, execution, control) reached over time is extremely high due to the degree of technical collaboration with the most demanding clients.
